Heh. I can imagine that novacaine and PB are a bad combo... and actually I was really REALLY craving a PB&J sandwich at lunchtime yesterday.

But since it's just the lower portion of a front tooth, they can work on it with no novacaine, so possible tragic combinations of numb mouth and sticky food were avoided. Also because we don't keep peanut butter in the house.
