Wow. There really is a No-Tel Motel?

Here, in East St Louis, there is a "Discreet Motel" that can be seen from the highway. We pass it everytime we drive into St Louis for anything. I keep wanting to take photos of it, but as it's in a bad part of town I don't want to pull off the Interstate just for that.
