Notes for presentation are almost all written out - must be typed in and then I need to run it to see what changes need to be made.

if you're using ppt.... i always use the notes section of the application. Then you can print the slide and the notes on one page! That way instead of craning your neck to see your slide and your notes at the same time it's all right there.

Oh hells yes. I just today discovered the beauty that is "Presentation Tools" which will display the slide and notes on one screen with easy navigation arrows and time your talk and everything while you practice. Glorious!
