We are alive.
We have a BILLION tales of customer service screw-ups, and the start of 2009 has GOT to be better than the penultimate week of 2008. Seriously, I don't think I've ever had a worse week. Details will follow, maybe when I have the intestinal fortitude to write about it.
In 48 minutes, I will be 32 years old (well, not if we count by when in the day I was born, but you get the idea). I gotta say, 32 doesn't faze me in the least.
