I hate moving. When I move, I'm exposed to all new allergens. First allergy season in a new place is always the worst... I had two out-of-the-blue asthma attacks in a week about a month ago... nothing like standing in line at the grocery store and suddenly being completely unable to draw a breath. I've been hella-stuffed-up for the last several days and today I just can't get the asthmatic tightness out of my chest, even having taken my inhaler. Need to go find my Allegra and see if that helps... it should with the nose, but I'm not so hopeful about the lungs. Also need to make an appointment to see my GP so I can get a refill on both the Allegra and the albuterol.

Throughout Eilis' life, whenever she moved, the following winter would be the worst on record. It has been true for my time with her as well. I am very motivated to not move again! My back can't handle those winters. When we moved in MA, we had snow piled to about the 12 foot level on the side of the house!

*sigh*

Hope you can get things back under control. Also consider soft tissue work to open up the muscles in and around the chest as well as some bodywork on your diaphram as well.
