OK, now I'm PISSED OFF

Eloisa is home. Battery is fully charged. Data are intact. As is the annoying whiny buzzy noise that was the whole reason I sent it in for repair in the first place.

Yes, I'm on hold with Apple. And I am NOT HAPPY. And continuing to hold is not making me any happier.
