There are dudes with flames coming out of their heads on my TV!

And stoooopid me didn't think to watch the opening ceremonies live and in their entirety on CBC, rather than the crap NBC coverage that's going to be on tonight.

Now they're waltzing in cow costumes.

The cow costumes and the disco medley were really dreadful IMHO. And the dresses shaped like the Alps???? What the !#$!@$#@!$@! was going on?

it was really funny
we had some friends over to watch
and befoer it started my friend mark turned to me and said
"so they're saying this will probably be the lowest rated olympics in history"

and then we started talking about way
basically
because the coverage is unwatchable
not because the events are unwatchable
so then we started talking about what makes coverage unwatchable
then it started
and nbc did EVERY SINGLE THING WE MENTIONED
