Why Jews are Crazy

Kosherquest.org should be enough of an illustration for you.

See, we were trying to plan our menu for seder tomorrow night, and K was wondering why I had nixed a carrot dish that had wheat germ and oatmeal in it. She did a little creative googling, and found the person we are now calling Crazy Jewish Man. (Here's the Passover guide.)

(This site has been amusing us for a good couple of hours now.)

[livejournal.com profile] baronessmartha, just for you, midshipman (which apparently is a kind of fish) is NOT kosher. Jewfish, however, is.

Stay tuned for Passover: the drinking game. (To be developed tomorrow night as we all drink our four at least 3.3 oz glasses of wine, during which M & T & B will all lean to the left, lest they have to go back and start over, without the Brocha.)

That web site - ! AAAAHHHH!!!!!!! It burns! It burns!

*clears throat*

And before I forget, Happy Passover, and may TRex learn to eat her horseradish in a nice Hillel sandwich instead of taking a quarter-sized heap on a piece of matzoh and shoving it in her mouth the way this silly little shikseh did back in 1975. My late mother, damn her eyes), laughed and told me that I looked exactly like Wile E. Coyote about the time the Road Runner set off the dynamite under his feet.....

No bread, no rice, no pasta. That's good enough for me. Rice still seems kinda bready to me, but beans not so much.
Kinda wonder what were having for dinner tonight. They actually keep kosher and live a house provided by the synagogue and she's a vegetarian!

But its good that way! You can add to salt water with tears!

Heh heh. I am officially such a goy... all I could do was kinda cross my eyes at that site.

Happy Passover!

Who did you have Passover with?

Some one's not reading my journal! Yes I posted an entry, crazy!

We did end up having a pretty normal dinner though, brisket and (eww) turkey. It was from a caterer, but her mother said it wasn't that she was hosting Passover but the fact that she actually ordered meat that was the accomplishment. Will right about the synagogue in a separate entry though since its pretty cool.
