The easy work is done...

And now I have to get down to the hard part. See, the whole reason I had to go to the ASA meetings was to attend an editorial board meeting. Which was basically a big brainstorming session for possible authors and topics for books. My job was to get down everything that was suggested during that meeting. To that end, I took notes AND recorded it on the computer.

And now I have to listen to it. And I have to try to get the correct spellings of all the names. Bah. Fortunately I get to send a draft out to the whole editorial board for them to correct. Hopefully I won't screw up a bunch of names and look like a total ass when I do so.

Whoo!

That was less slow than I thought (because my notes from the meeting were pretty good) and I'm only missing a couple of names here and there - and those are because there were like 20 people talking all at once.

Now I'm going to reward myself with a snack and a trip to go rescue one last plant from where they spent my vacation (being watered, if not rotated, by friends).
