I am spending too much time on the WW boards, or the people are just getting dumber.

Yes, sometimes 0+0 = 1 or even 2.  Deal with it.
A serving of veggies is half a cup, or one cup of leafy greens.  But you didn't get fat eating vegetables, so feel free to have more.
Yes, you have to eat all of your points target.  Yes, every day.  Deal with it.
Yes, you can eat the flex and the APs.  No, you're not cheating.
Oh boo hoo, you "lost a point".  Guess what, this means you're losing weight.  Deal with it.
Gaming the system by starving yourself before weigh in isn't going to do you a bit of good.
