This is very stream-of-consciousness

• my parents are coming to visit this weekend. maybe this means we'll get to go see serenity.
  
• clean sweep really shouldn't be cut into a half-hour show.
  
• our futon makes my butt hurt when I sit on it too long
  
• the weather in buffalo sucks
  
• my house is much cleaner than our apartment ever was
  
• i have a paper revision that I've been sitting on for over a year now
  
• i should be working rather than mucking about on the internet
  
• somebody from the 585 area code called my cell phone earlier today, but they didn't leave a message
  
• i'm going to have to renew my library book (isabel allende's zorro) because i won't finish it by the time it's due (stupid new books only being checked out for a week)
  
• my local library is very cute but the selection ain't so great
  
• i'm thinking about submitting myself as a candidate for what not to wear
  
• i watch too much TLC
  
• these reorganization shows always put things like printers and fax machines in the closet. hwo do you then connect them to the phone line / computer / whatever?
  
• soon i'm going to go back on the weight watchers' wagon
  
• i want to lose 20 pounds
  
• there's a bar in my basement
  
• i do not have a sinus infection
  
• did i mention that my house is clean?
  
• and yet i still need to do more cleaning
  
• hooray our furnace works

They've cut Clean Sweep down to half an hour? That's dumb.

in the morning it's half an hour. original broadcasts and afternoon shows are still an hour. the end result is that the half-hour shows are really abbreviated and lack my favorite parts (Peter being mean to people...)
