Tuesday night on FOX...

sarahmichelefMissed the first half hour of AI... but DAMN Taylor's "You are So Beautiful" was haunting & mesmerizing. And Simon's picked him to win it all. During the audition shows, I loved him but I never thought he'd get enough votes to make it this far. I definitely like him best of the remaining three... I am still befuddled by Elliot. Paula keeps saying he's a funky white boy, but he's just BORING!
House... the usual usual. The medical formula isn't interesting anymore. Weird case comes in, the to DD until finally through some crazy leap of intuition and serious ethical breaches, House figures out what's wrong and cures the person. Whoo. What's interesting is the developing ... relationship ??? between Cuddy and House. I have this feeling House is going to be her donor. That's obviously what she was coming to say to him when she ended up just thanking him for giving her the injections. And also obviously the were going with Helga the Swedish Masseuse.
But then I saw the previews for next week... and I don't know how well getting shot (in the shoulder, or close enough to make me think "oooh... just like Burke") goes with being a sperm donor.

Date: 2006-05-17 12:54 pm (UTC)Mandisa coulda won it if she hadn't been so self-indulgent in her song choices. Paris will win it in a few years, if she wants to try again. Chris is better off as the 4th runner up, considering his genre.
Otherwise? Not a terribly interesting year on American Idol.
