Got back to the gym for the first time in I don't know how long today. Did 20 minutes on the elliptical (didn't see how fast I was going - nowhere near the 10 minute miles I was doing a while back, but I've come to the conclusion that my body just can't handle that) and 15 minutes walking at a moderate pace (3.2 mph) on the treadmill. Feel oodles better about the world as a result, too.

Project Runway Season 3 premieres tonight! Glee! And there's a pageant gown designer from Norman, OK! This should be good...

Did you see the meet the designers special they had on last night? I think it may be airing again before the premiere tonight. (Of course, the show information that TiVo downloaded barely counts as information, so it's hard to tell. What's up, Bravo? At least add a show title or blurb, eh?)

I'm very excited. I didn't realize that they have so many contestants who are already experienced in the industry. But I guess it makes sense, since there really is a ton of technical knowledge they need to have to be able to actually hand craft those garments. I'm amazed at how much they can actually do.
