Sep. 6th, 2006 09:28 pmYou learn neato things when you watch Mythbusters. For example, the fastest windspeed ever recorded is 318 mph, during the "Oklahoma Tornado Outbreak" of 1999. The top windspeed was recorded in the F5 twister that particular series of storms produced - before then, F5 had been a hypothetical category - that was the first one that had ever been observed.
