For the first time since forever ago, we're having a decent thunderstorm! I really miss them, after getting them all the time in Ohio; it's been raining variably hard and thundering off and on, occasionally REALLY LOUDLY (!!), since about 11 this morning. I am a happy displaced midwesterner.

We could use the storms here, but there is sun shining through the window.

I do wonder if they affected me, though. One of the tech support guys, when I asked why my modem would all of a sudden forget how to work properly, said that sometimes a power surge could make 'em go wonky. Is it possible for a storm in MA to cause a power surge in NH that I didn't notice, except for the internet wonkiness? Hmm...

Okay, the internet is evil to me today, and randomly going away every time I try to post a comment.

But here I go again. Go to itunes, into the public radio podcasts. Find the Ouch podcast. Download. Laugh much. (Perhaps slightly uncomfortably.) It's a show by/about/for people with disabilities. Irreverent humor. They played a game called "vegetable, vegetable, or vegetable?" that had me peeing in my pants.
