Wow... did a lot, but felt pretty chill...

We were up bright and early this morning, as we camped out last night and so all three of us were awake as soon as TRex woke up (about 6:20).  We let her watch more TV than usual and then set out to work in the front garden.  We pulled a zillion weeds, planted a bunch of bulbs (crocuses and hyacinths), and mulched over the whole thing.  Then we had lunch with a couple of gals from Far Away whose adopted daughter is still in NICU here in town, had a nap (well, the kiddo did anyway), and went to the pool for one last pool-hurrah. 

Tomorrow, ladies and germs, is the first day of pre-K.

Her: I already KNOW how to read!
Us: You're going to be learning math...
Her: I already KNOW how to do math!
Us: You're going to be doing science...
Her: Yay! I get to do science!
